The Strategy Sub-committee has been
established by the Council for Sustainable Development to
take forward the task of advising on the process of drawing
up a sustainable development strategy for Hong Kong. The
Sub-committee will involve stakeholders from a broad spectrum
of the community in developing proposals on the formulation
of the strategy. The Sub-committee's terms of reference
are -
The Sub-committee is chaired by
Ir Otto Poon, who is a Member of the Council for Sustainable
Development. Four other Members of the Council, as well
as fourteen "co-opted" Members from the non-Government sector
also sit on the Sub-committee.
